Picked up a 04 C5 early last month traded my '11 5.0 for it have always been a GM owner so that was probably my only Ford purchase while I enjoyed the power it just didnt fit me right and the ride/handling sucked. Anyways the C5 I picked up has a custom exhaust on it and Im curious if anyone has done or seen anything similar to this before. Looks like someone just cut and welded in 2 universal magnaflow mufflers.
There are a few systems that look similar to that, but I agree I think its a one off.
The few systems that have the cylindrical muffler on them, like the Borla "S-Type", have the muffler on the back side of the exhaust, and not near the tip.
Yeah I figured it was a one off, stuck now trying to decide if I want to keep this setup or spring for a new exhaust or find some TI mufflers. I have LTs about to go on guess Ill see how they sound bolted up to this setup and go from there.
