Default C5 current flow w/ ignition switch off?

Hey Gang, does anyone know what the acceptable current flow is for our C5's with the ignition switch off? The measurement I am asking of is how many amps should I get when I have disconnected my battery's negative terminal and insert my multimeter (reading for amps)? I am connecting my multimeter's negative terminal to the battery negative and the multimeter's positive terminal to the Vette's negative battery lead.
