Default 2004 w/ slotted-cross drilled rotors

Just bought a 2004 with slotted and cross drilled rotors. Was this stock in 2004? The car does have the Z51 package.

Don't think any version of the C5 came with drilled/slotted rotors.

Great. Now I've got to figure out what I have before I need to buy pads. Although, I do think the calipers look stock so maybe not a problem.

Thanks,

Most likely they are aftermarket stock size.
I have run the brake motive ones with ceramic pads for > 3 yrs without any issue and I drive fairly spirited at times.
However if you are going to autocross or track it with repeated HS stops, Id look at something else.

I've been running Baer drilled and slotted rotors with Hawk HPS pads for some years. No issues, no vibration, no problems at all after around 40k miles.

No track or autocross anticipated so OEM (or equivalent) pads should be good.

Thanks to all for the info.
