What benefits will I get from them besides looking legal since I cannot long tubes?

I'll say there would be little to no gain. Especially vs the modification you need to do to get it to fit. You have to cut out the center storage compartment completely and manufacture a new floor.

I've done this mod as have several others here in Cali. A couple who've dyno'ed have gained fairly close to what a set of LT's gets you.
