Is a manual/stick driveshaft shorter than an auto drive shaft?

You're asking about the center shaft between the couplers, right?
They likely are different lengths (since they can sell as auto or manual versions) but if they are, I couldn't tell you which one is longer. A search here might find the torque tube lengths between an auto and a manual and the shaft length should follow the complete tube length.
