Default interior light short somewhere

It seems that I have a loose connection somewhere because my interior lights and fogs go out simultaneously.. I have had it fixed. The Vette Doctors always seems to fix it but after a few weeks it all goes out again.. it is annoying.
Is there a permanent fix?

Also my trunk is jammed and hasn't opened for awhile, if I get my trunk fixed, would that solve the problem? Thank God for the HUD because at night I would be driving blind.

Exactly WHAT interior lights? Everything or not?

What exactly did they say they "fixed"?
