Insert puck.

Turn clockwise.

Or counterclockwise if you're one of those 'widdershins' folk.

Jack vehicle.

Not made to leave them in. Meant to be removed when done with them each time.

Guess I'll store them somewhere in the car. Thought I read somewhere on the forum they could be siliconed in.

Does anybody leave them installed??

They make some that are designed to leave in, they are all plastic and a little lower profile, but the kind you have, with the metal eye, are not meant to be left in. I guess you could silicon them in place but they would be more visible than what I think would be acceptable and I don't know that they would stay.

I don't leave mine in (home made from hockey pucks and Home Depot eyes). But then, mine don't stay in very well as it is; they will often fall out when I'm re-positioning jacks.

Probably a little wrapping on the eye to wedge the puck in might keep them in. I don't know ?? could look weird if they hang down.

Why even bother with the eye lugs. I just set $2 hockey pucks on my jacks. That's it.

..good idea but there's no hockey puck store in Boulder City. I guess the eyes might make it easier for 4 point lift type jacks. No pucks slipping around.

"Play it again sports" has hockey pucks. I picked up 4 for 6 dollars.

I made a set of 4 for $6.28 with pucks and eyes. With the eyes screwed into the pucks far enough and they will stay in place. I had inadvertently left one on, and found still hanging in there two weeks later. I keep all four in a freezer ziplock bag in the drivers side storage bin.
