Default rear shock tower bolt broken

Ok I'm out of options with the broken bolt in the rear shock tower. It is basically broken flush with an ez out buried inside. What can I do now? No room for vice grips and there is no way I know of that I can drill through the ez out part. Any ideas?

Pictures... I troubleshoot things like this every week working at a machine shop, but pretty hard to figure it out without pictures.

This is before the ez out and notching by a cut off wheel but you get the idea.

Default broken bolt

the best way I know of with a bolt like this is find a welder who does portable work and weld a washer to the bolt and then weld a nut to the washer thru the inside of the nut. Normally the heat from the welding will also help the bolt come out when using the nut to back it out. Worked at a coal strip mine for thirty years had to do this all the time. Good luck

Beat me to it. Welding to the stud is probably the only way to get it out.
