Here is the difference in the RST (top) and RXT (bottom) clutch disc. The RST disc are a sloted organic disc, where as the RXT's clutch disc are a puck style ceramic disc.
RST Organic Slotted Disc Rated for 800hp.
RXT Puck Style Ceramic Disc Rated for 1000hp.
