Default AC blows hot on drivers side

I've done the searches and I pulled the number 27 fuse and still have a problem. This happen to me about 2 weeks ago pulled the number 27 fuse and then everything worked just fine after I reconnected it. But this time it's not working. Any suggestions?

One of the possibilities and maybe the easiest to resolve is that you might be low on Freon.

Unfortunately that "fix" is usually temporary and when it no longer works it is time to replace the actuator. Sometimes resetting the code will buy you a little more time.

Not Vette related, but I am dealing with the exact same issue on my daughter's Envoy. I moved the actuator by hand and unplugged it for now. I suspect the control head since I did see the actuator try to calibrate and return to the hot position. If not, than the actuator will need to be replaced.

just replaced both actuators in my 99 for the same issue....it wasn't as daunting a task as I imagined but it wasn't any fun either....ordered aftermarket parts and did it for waaaaaaaay less than I was expecting...pretty much under $100

Did you ever check the freon level? That's the most common cause of this problem.

Turns out, for some reason, every time my battery gets disconnected, the driver actuator needs to be reset via the fuse method.
