Where do they hook the strap
When the tow comes and hopefully a flatbed.
Where do they hook the strap for pulling the car onto the bed?
And if it's not a flatbed, doesn't that damage the vehicle?

make sure they use the holes in the frame where the jacking pucks go and request to have them send a flatbed... most tow companies should already know to do that but I would remind them just in case

Never accept a tow with a hook, you will definitely have problems. Always specify you want only a flat bed with a driver experienced towing low cars and make sure they bring wooden planks, you will need them.
