Default New shocks

just picked up some 2013 grand sport shocks for my 98 vette. My question is do I need to do anything modification wise to install them? Also do you guys purchase new bolts for the shocks, or just reuse the originals?

Default shocks

I just finished installing c6 GS shocks on my 2001 coupe. No modifications needed and I reused all bolts. Good luck and use some type of penetrate on the rear upper bolts before you try to remove them.

I assume you mean the lower bolts in the rear. Same bolts but only torque to 105 ft-lbs not the 160ft-lbs or so some of the manuals have listed.

No need to replace them either unless you damage them.
