Default Borla X-Pipe 60087

Will the Borla x-pipe be a direct bolt in replacement to replace everything between the OEM exhaust manifold flanges and the OEM TI mufflers?

I am looking to keep the OEM exhaust manifolds and OEM mufflers and eliminate the CATS. I am looking for something that does not require welding.

Installing headers is not an option.

This is a track only, not street legal 2004 Z06.

Picture I found looks like this goes after the cats, it is not a full mid pipe/cat replacement. Cut your existing pipe after cats...

The Borla X-pipe is easy to install, but you do have to cut the mid pipe. In order to do that , it must be removed. The measurement is given in the instructions for the X-pipe. Measure twice, cut once. Afterwards things go back together very easy. The cats are not eliminated. But no welding is required, it goes back together with band clamps. Hope this helps.

I took mine to a muffler shop and they welded mine. Took about 15 minutes.
