Default Breaking starters and Burning plugs

Hello
Bought a built C5 at the beginning of the summer. Recently I started having some issues and wanted to see if anyone on here had any insight. The car broke the starter off, the short bolt broke off the housing. Had it replaced at a reputable shop. The car hasn't drove right since. Its been smoking under heavy acceleration. I logged some freeway pulls on the HP Tunners and nothing out of the ordinary to anyone I've had look at it. One plug on each side of motor has been oily and burnt without any white residue on the plug. The starter failed again and the car is currently in shop. We replaced it with a heavy duty truck starter this time. Below I will list full motor setup for high compression C5R E-85 tuned 447, it was built by Cunningham Motorsports in California, the car is now in Kentucky.
14.5 to 1 compression/ E85 tuned
WCCH LS7 heads
C5R Block bored o 4.155
Wiesco forged pistons
Compstar forged crank and h beam rods
LS7 lifters

ls7 102mm tb
Walbro 485 E85 pump
Bosch 044 External pump
MSD Boost a pump
1000CC FIC Injectors
Also has nitrous outlet plate kit jetted for 200 shot.

Cyl1 300
Cyl3 270
Cyl5 250
Cyl7 240
Cyl2 300
Cyl4 240
