Hi all...my first post. Love this forum.
I had new pads (Wagner Thermoquiet Semi Metallic) installed on my 99 M6 coupe (60k km) this week. The drilled and slotted rotors were installed several years ago by the original owner, and they were in great shape, so I didn't replace them. The dealer mechanic didn't push me to change them either. The car stops just as smooth as it did before. Very satisfied. I won't be pressured into changing out rotors that are in good shape ever again.
