fix for wind leaking at top of A pillar at window
Is there a way to adjust a little clip at the top of the a-pillar by ndow in the weather stripping? at highway speeds wind leaks in the top of my window. the weatherstripping looks fine but it Obviously doesn't seal tight enough. Is there a way to adjust it so that it snugs up tight against the window and doesn't leak air? or do I have to replace the weather stripping even though it appears to be ok but air leaks in. the car gets very noisy on the highway over 80mph because of all the wind noise.

Every C5 coupe I've ridden in or driven above 65 has some noise. Mine came from the rear of the roof. I installed peel and stick 1/2 inch door insulating foam rubber from the hardware 10 years ago and there is very little wind noise now. After 10 years the insulating foam still looks factory and new.

A window tip in adjustment could fix the problem. Tip the top of the glass in a little and it will seal better against the weather strip. The attached link describes the problem and the fix.
