CD players both show error messages when I try to play CD's
I have a 2003 Vette. Both the in-dash player and the player in the rear show error messages when a CD is incerted or selected. What can i do to get these units operational?

Are they burned CDs? If so, I have noticed the factory units will not play the CD-RW type CDs, only the CD-Rs...
Also, they have to be burned as a standard music CD, and not MP3 format.
