Default fluid changes ?

live in ohio so car is on quik lift.did brakes stainless lines on caliper and brake fluid change.want to do differential and manual trans fluid change.i thought I read somewhere on the differential after you change fluid you should drive in figure eights to distribute new fluid.still a few months away from driving car.my question should I wait on changing the diff and trans closer to driving time or no problem just change it now.thanks for any input jim.

Does not make a difference if you change it now or in a few months.

Figure 8s (or just some aggressive cornering) will help get the new fluid into the clutch packs, although not 100% necessary IMO because they're not going bone dry from a fluid change. That said, I do them when I change diff oil because why not
