Default P0171 P0174 P1637 Help?

Don't know where else to look. Cleaned MAF made sure clamps were tight around hoses. I am assuming it is a vacuum leak My car is SC recently had intake and pass header off.

I have a catch can from LS6 PCV nipple from underneath intake, into catch can into intake. All are tight any other suggestions.

Dont know where to look for the other alt code?

My fuel pressure guage has a constant 60psi reading.

I went into the DIC and don't know if it is showing up as history or current. I did clear it and it showed up again. The engine light has not showed up yet, so I am getting it in the DIC configuration.

OK I just removed the entire Fast 102 LXr with fuel rail. I did not see any abnormalities, no obstructions in the fuel rail. I blew it out with brake cleaner and pressurized it. O rings look good. The intake has no tears on the seals, don't know where else to look. All rubber hoses look good. Any help out there. Something that I missed?

I found out what the problem is. I need thicker O rings for bottom injectors the stock ones are not working causing lean condition under boost and vacuum.

Anyone know where I can find thicker o rings?
