Default Exhaust cutout help

I have a Zo6 and was thinking about doing the TI bypass mod but can't find anybody around here in the Austin, TX area that knows what the hell im talking about...so I've had nothing but good experiences with doing cutouts on my other cars...I want to do a real nice job on my new zo6 and I might even do electric cutouts not sure yet but if you guys could help me out with the best choices and best placement for the cutouts on the stock exhaust system id appreciate it...still learning a lot about this monster of a car and I wasn't sure if it was just the back section of the exhaust with the mufflers that was TI or is the whole stock exhaust TI? Thanks guys also what is the OD size of the stock exhaust so I know what size cutouts to get?

There's a thread floating around for the bypass mod with pics. All you should have to do is show the pics to the exhaust shop and they should be able to help you out.

To answer your cutout question I use summit racing manual ones, but many guys use the electronic ones.

And do you like the sound? Where do you have them mounted? What OD? And do you think it sounds better than the TI mod?

Love the sound. Long drives on the highway at certain RPM's you will get a drone, but once in 6th gear it's fairly tame. 2.5" OD since it's a factory h pipe, but the H has been removed. I think it sounds better than the TI mod only because it's louder.

Link to my thread with pics.
