hptuners can do it... if you have had your car tuned by someone who uses that program they shouldn't charge you much if anything at all to fix that, or obviously if you own it you can do it yourself

EFI Live, HP Tuners and or SOME Hand Held Tuners can interface the PCM and make those changes. You are going to have to purchase the tuning software/hardware or find someone that does the tuning with the software/hardware.
