I have base seats in my -97, driver seat is power seat without memory or telescope wheel. I bought sport seat and driver seat is with memory and telescope column. Driver seat wiring harness is broken and missing main connector. If i get new harness with telescope, did i getting problem bcoz i dont have that in my car.
Or is that easier if get harness and scm without telescope.
I read memory would work if have memory scm, seat harness and door panel. Did that need Tech2 programming?

Looks like you need an SCM and connectors to make this work. Or you can get a used harness and SCM from Marc at VetteNuts.net

Does not matter if the harness has the TSW connector, you just don't need it.

No Tech 2 required to use the new fixed seat and get Memory except the door switch.

If you need any wiring info let me know.

Thanks, but near my home have seller who have two harness. One with memory and one with memory+TSW.
I have SCM with memory+TSW. Some where i read if have TSW SCM in car where dont have that option. Then seat buttons not work right.
Just thinking if buy that harness with memory and try to find SCM with memory.

Hi there, if your talking about the blue connector with 8 cavities, 7 used. There are 6 wires from the seat, 7 wires from the floor.
Wires description in original post.
If you have a complete connector, both sides of the connector connected or unconnected but wired, I'll buy it. Unfortunately I don't have the original connector to compare to. Please send pictures.
