I have a 2001 coupe with a 12 CD CD changer problem. I got an error message on the dash screen and it wouldn't play any of the CDs in the changer, so I opened the changer door and the magazine won't come up. I tried pushing on the magazine several times and tried opening and closing the door several times, but the magazine won't come up.
Any ideas on how to get the magazine to come up?
