C5 Door Locks - Weak/Not Working with Remote
I know there are a number of items on this topic, but I wasn't finding one that seems to fit my particular situation. On my C5, the door locks will not unlock using the key fab. It tries, I can tell it is getting a signal, but it won't full unlock. I can see a very slight movement, but not enough to unlock. It will lock it about 1/2 the time. I just got through trying WD40 on all of the mechanical parts, but that did not have any improvement. Does anyone have a suggestion on the next thing to try? I don't think I need to replace the activator as I am getting a signal, but it is weak. The battery seems fine for everything else, so I am doubtful it is that. Also, the key fabs seems to work - they are sending the signal fine. I really thought it was a mechanical issue, but just not sure now.

Sounds like the relays on the Door Control Module are about to give up the ghost. Pretty common issue:

Bottom relay is LOCK next one up is UNLOCK
If you don't want to do the relay replacement yourself here is one company that will provide an already repaired DCM:

There may be others if you search Ebay.
