Help with EBCM and BPMV
I have a 2002 C5 vert. ABS and Traction control lights came on. Pulled the code and got a c1242 code. Ground in the BPMV motor. Read all the posts on this site and saw it might be the relay in the EBCM. Since that was the quickest fix I bought a used EBCM from a Corvette parts place. Installed it and the code went away. Went to drive the car and it would not move. Jacked it up and found the right rear caliper locked up. Opened bleed screw and caliper released. More reading. Tried hoses, did not help. Went to same Corvette parts place and bought used BPMV. Installed and brakes work but now getting same code c1242 as when I first started. Can anyone help me with this problem? Thanks. Eric
