Alarm goes off when '99 C5 is locked with keyfob!?!?
Lock with button on door and shut it, its locked and good....
Get out and close the door, click the lock button on the fob, the alarm goes off...
1999 Coupe, Base LS1, original keyfob with passive switch.
LED mods on hatch and foot well interiors are only recent change but they have been working fine for months..
Anyone have a clue??

Ok so yes..it has blossomed into a full blown issue...
hyperflash turn signals, but not hazards..they work fine...
flickering dash lights when brakes applied during day, especially in reverse.
the alarm still trips when arming
.
I removed the battery today and checked the main battery ends, main ground, cables, and grounds around the pass side motor bay, but I understand theres more to be cleaned and checked. The front marker lighting grounds I am led to believe.
Tomorrow all the front grounds and lighting harness connectors will be cleaned and checked...

Solved...
This ground junction fell down below the radiator cradle and I sheared it on a curb last week...
Now its a soldered/crimped/sealed ground junction, and this old one is in the garbage....all my issues are gone except for my fuel gauge and tpms...
So ground loss was causing all my issues...thankfully it was an easy fix, just well hidden in the front bumper.
Thanks for everyones input!
