Unsure about the offset, but to maintain around the same as factory diameters;
275-30-19
315-25-20
If you want a new color, powder coat.
Not fond of the band-aid tires on a C5, but all that matters is that you like them.

+73 is a terrible offset, I hope you really like sunken in wheels.

having a problem finding that wide of tire in a matching set. now i was able to find a set of 245/40/19 for the front and 295/25/20 in a lexani tire

No I don't mean concave at all I mean the distance between the tire and the outside of the fender. Your wheel is going to look like this unless you run big spacers

No, no, no.
Stock tire diameters are;
Front: 25.35/25.68 (Z/base)
Rear: 26.13/26.66 (Z/base)
245-40-19 = 26.71, way too tall
295-25-20 = 25.81, way too small
This combination will not work at all. You need around an inch bigger out back, not the other way around.
And as noted above by Emerica88, the offset is wrong also (unless you're comfy with big spacers, might even rub inside otherwise?); wrong wheels for the car.
