Drifting
Also I road for a while without that and I feel it heated somethings up too much and burned through 2 multifunction switches which are pricey.
With the anti-flash harness no issues since.

In a C5 the turn signal and hazard functions are provided by the hazard switch. A hyperflash harness replaces the portion that handles the turn signals with a flasher that's LED friendly. Hazards will still hyperflash because that function remains untouched in the OEM hazard switch.

I installed LED halo tail lights on my '03 and the hyper flash harness was required to keep the lights from the rapid blinking. My flashers do not hyperflash when engaged.
