Eaton Supercharger
Does the stock hood have to be replaced with the Eaton supercharger like it does with the Magnacharger kit that Lingenfelter uses?

The Magnuson is an Eaton. Magnuson does the custom Eaton C5 Manifold to make it work. The manifold causes the hood clearance issues. They couldn't make it any smaller.
