Default LS1 engine identification

I just bought 2 LS1 engine cores. One is a Corvette and one is a Z28. One has the bat wings on the oil pan and one doesn't.
The stickon bar codes can be read on one motor and not on the other.
Does any one know how to dedcode the numbers stamped into the block and heads? I'm not sure which is which and their respective year models.

Can't help you with the codes, but the one with the wings on the oil pan is from a Vette.
