10.75 @ 129 with my Cartek 422
On sat morning i took my car to MIR and ran it on a set of ET Streets. On my first pass i had about 15lbs of air and i left around 4000rpm and ran 11.01 @ 130.93 mph with a 1.89 60ft. Then i want back up and ran it again and went 10.80 @ 130.89 MPH with a 1.69 60ft. I lanched at about the same rpm, but i heated up the tires a little more. Now i decided to drop the air presure to 10lbs of air and went right back up and ran it again and went 1.53 60ft but the car slowed down and went 11.09 @ 127.39 mph. So i went back up and tried it again to see why it slowed down. I lanched at 5000rpm and the car took off with a 1.47 60ft but only ran a 10.90 @ 127.89. I think it was just getting hot so i let i cool for 20 min and went back up to run it again and then the car went 10.75 @ 129mph with a 1.530 60ft. The reason i never let the car cool down is because the track was getting crowed and i did not have the time to wait because i had to go back to work. I think with a go cool down and knowing how to drive it on a ET Street now, i think i can get at least a 10.50 or a 10.40 pass. :jester

 Hope my new stroker will come close to that, unbelievable 60 times, does the car feel stable at 130 with 10lbs in the rear tires?

I bet it does sway, another horror story of street racing when we were kids (late 1800's) we had a place for running the old muscle cars a friend of ours decided to let the air out of the rear tires(as if we needed that kind of traction for street racing) and flipped the car at high speed and was killed, you can imagine I get a little nervous about low tire pressure after seeing that, again congrads and great runs, sounds like you will be in the lower 10's, have you even gotten enough miles on that thing to loosen it up should be good for another 10 or 20hp.
