Default LGM G5X2 cam

Ok well Iv decided on installing headers high flow cats ect..... and a LGM G5X2 cam. Im getting a new 405hp motor installed and I want to get 120+mph trap speeds at the drag strip. I called jackie at LGM and i told him that I wanted a good drag cam for my Z06 and he told me about the G5X2 package. It comes with everything. So I went 11.937@114.37 with a stock Z06 with minor boltons and a stock exhaust. With the new motor cam and exhaust is 120+mph traps realistic????? I will be having CARTEK doing all of my tuning on their dyno with ls1 edit. So what do all of you guys think is 120+mph possible with thisn combo???? THANKS Andy

No question you should be able to run 120+ MPH with that cam. If driveability and valve train reliability are concerns, you can achieve 120+ MPH trap speeds with cams that are not nearly as huge as the G5X2 with your Z06.

Sounds attainable, we have had several customers do 120-124 with just the cam.
