Default Cigarette Lighter not working..help

I typically plug my G-Tech Pro into the lighter, but last week the tip of it's plug came off in the lighter and my cig lighter hasn't worked since. I checked the #1 fuse i the passenger side footwell, it is okay.

Any ideas?

Fuse #7 is also for a cigarette lighter, i think fuse #1 is for the cigarette lighter in the console... although i'm not sure. Check fuse #7 and see if it is blown, hopefully it is and replacing it will solve your problem :)

Good luck!

Mine crapped out too and the wire was pulled out from behind - probably by me when I had he console out to find my parking lot RFID card that slipped behind the ash tray lit What PIA to remove the console again for the 3rd time.

Fuse #7 is also for a cigarette lighter,..
#7 mini fuse is the one for the cigarette lighter. (It also powers the orange wire for the accessory pigtail, at top left of BCM.
That was it! Big thanks for all the support!

Since your problem is solved, hope you don't mind me jumping in. I unplugged my ipod adapter from my lighter and when I plugged it back in - no power. Figured it was a fuse, since the adapter works in my other cars. Sometimes I have power and sometimes I don't, so I don't see how it could be a fuse. Any ideas?

Probably a loose connection behind the lighter. Happened to me when I had my center console apart for a radio upgrade.

Loose wire here, seems to be the leading cause. ..."pear"
