Default Life of tire sensors?

My "summer" wheels/tires have 3 years and about 30,000 miles on them. I'll be buying new tires soon, can anyone predict if the original sensors will last for another 2 years and 25,000 miles? That would bring them up to 5 years and 55,000 miles by the time I need new tires again. Thanks.

I can't find the info now but I seem to remember reading that the design life is supposed to avearge 10 years. That seems to make sense as that is, at least, the life of a lithium battery.
