where is the TAC Module located?

where is the TAC Module located?
I just figure out that I need to replace the Tac module in my car. Is it attached to the PCM underneath the battery or inside the car in the passenger side floorboard next to the fuse box :confused:

It is attached to the pcm, but the pcm is in the passenger side wheel well. It is behind a small inspection panel right behind the wheel/tire. It is the black box bolted to the PCM bracket.
