Z07 was the heaviest duty suspension option from 1991 through 1995. It combined FX3 selective ride with heavy springs and sway bars 13 inch front brake rotors until they became standard. Also they retained the 9.5 inch front wheels after the other LT-1 cars got the 8.5 inch wide front wheels. If you ordered one with an automatic trans it made the performance rear axle manditory. They are a pretty rare and desirable car. During the years of the Z07 option there was no Z51 option also it was not available on convertibles.

I wish it wasn't on Ebay and I wish it wasn't in California.

If it still has the option sticker under the console bin lid just look for option code Z07. Or you could order a museum generated build sheet from the NCM in Bowling Green for around 15 dollars if you give them the VIN.

If it is a 94 with the big (13 inch) front brakes, 9.5 inch rims and 275's all around the big front swaybar, and the selective ride shocks, it is a Z07. I doubt that anybody would go to all the trouble to put all that stuff unless he was going to track the car.....
Like the man said in the earlier post, there were typically less than 1,000 built per year between 92 and 95, and if you look around they can be found. They were typically the best kept secret, even in the GM order literature that described the option packages they told the sales people that this package was for the serious autocross and track enthusiasts only. I think in the 10 years that I had them, I only saw one article (in Motor Trend) that talked specifically about that package.....
The only other thing one of these needds is the adjustable sport seats with the "Clamp you in" electric side bolsters, and you have the perfect C4 package.....
I only wish that the Z06 came with seats like those, they were awsome, and if you want to stay in a stock class you can't change them out....
