Default Will 18" x 11" inch rims Fit on my Z06 Rear?

Does anyone have any experience with this.. I found a service that will widen your rims in 1/2 inch increments.. I want to add 1/2 on the inside of my stock z06 rear 18 x 10.5 rims. Will they Rub? Does anyone have 18 x 11 inch tires on their c5 z06?

I know most of the CCW 505's, and SP500's are 11" wide. (They dont make them in 10.5). I think it would have to do with the offset also that would be a factor in your question, and which side your adding the 1/2" to.

I run 18x11 CCW classics in the rear w/o any rubbing, but they're more flush w/ the body work than the oem wheels. Simply adding 1/2" to the inside may necessitate removal of the rear brake duct.

If you want to retain the stock look just buy a pair of Factory Reproduction C5 Z06 styles wheels in 18" x 12" size.

Sure they're heavier, but work great on the streets. I have only ever "felt" heavier repro wheels when they have been mounted on the front.

I currently run stock C5 Z06 18" x 10.5" with stock C5 Z06 295 GY F1SC's on the front, and Factory Reproduction 18" x 12" with GY F1SC 335's out back.

I had to lose the rear brake ducts and the inner fender cover to prevent rubbing.

I have CCW Classics 18 x 11 on the rear. They only rub slightly on the inside of the upper wheel well liner because my car is also lowered. They don't rub the brake ducts. If it wasn't lowered it probably wouldn't rub at all. I didn't even know they occasionally rubbed until I went to change my shocks and saw the marks when the wheels were removed.
