Default Quick question about engine oil

I have booked my 2004 Z16 in for service and was told that the service center has MOBILE 1 0W30 oil on tap.
Can I use it in my car or should I go and buy 5W30?

I would only use what the owners manual reccomends but I'm sure there are many people that deviate from that.

0w30 would make for easier starts with faster oil pressure readings in cold weather.
I don't think I'd use it with summer temperatures...but then you're in the UK and I'm in AZ...
