I had to repaint the front fenders on my 02 z06. They removed the emblems with out measuring or marking the right spot. Can someone with no previous paintwork measure from the door to the back of the emblem and then from the top of the fender down to the top of the emblem? Please post the measurements so that I can put both sides on correctly.Thanks.......

from the door to the back of the emblem = 7 1/16"

from the top of the fender down to the top of the emblem = 7" rolled down from the hood/fender seam with a cloth tape.

I checked both sides and it is identical.
