I have a Z16 and am considering putting a Maggie supercharger on it. Does anyone have pics with this done with the proper hood and stripe kit installed? Also where would a guy get the proper carbon fibre hood to clear the charger.

If you're going with a positive displacement supercharger get a KB. It'll come with a hood. Fugly way to go IMO. Which is why I have an A&A kit waiting to be picked up in Edmonton. Of all the cars to choose centri over PD blowers on, the Z16 with its CF hood has to rank near the top of the list.

Nothing beats a maggie and the look. I highly recommend 21st Century Muscle Cars in Dallas. A true lingenfelter shop that will treat you right.

21st installed my maggie on my Z16. Just click on my corvette photos to see what the hood looks like.
I didn't worry about putting a carbon fiber hood back on too expensive, but I did want the stripes back on the hood.

Mine isnt a Z16, but an 02 Z06 and I had the polished Maggie installed too, I went with the Carvaggio Hood too as above in some of the shots, because to me it looks most like the rest of the Corvette, the curves and all. plus not real radical looking. I think the price of the CF ones is a little high too. specially when you are only going to paint over it...LOL
