FYI..... these are the specs from OEM '02-'04 Z06 wheels:

Wheels made by Speedline (stamped on the inside of a spoke), Argent color

Front: 17"x9.5" / 54mm offset/ 19.2 lbs/

Rear: 18"x10.5" / 58mm offset/ 21.0 lbs/

As previously mentioned, the '01 Z06 had wheels made by Alcoa. They probably had the same offsets, but I don't know the weights.

There were no OEM chrome wheels. Some people have the Z-16 polished aluminum OEM wheels and call them chrome and some people had their Alcoa or Speedline wheels chromed, to get the chrome look without the weight of aftermarket chrome wheels.

Speedline was the manufacturer from 2002-2004 (spun cast and weigh slightly less), Alcoa was the manufacturer in 2001 and they were forged).

There's always some for sale in the C5 parts for sale section.
I pulled and sold mine recently. I got SL31 for the front and SL32 for the rear. Any chance those are the part numbers?

The only place I have found with an actual picture of the ones I want is "House of Wheels" but they don't have any in stock. Anybody got any suggestions?
If your looking for 2008 zo6 OEM rims not chrome, I have a set for sell with only 2200 miles on them since bought the car new. Let me know.
Thx

I've never heard of any CHROME OEM wheels, just the Z16 polished wheels on the 04s.

Alot of people that don't know better called them chrome, too.
man that's cheap for mint, is that all they are worth these days?

I have the Alcoa's of course on my 2001 however I had bought an extra set of Speedlines for the track. The colors are the same with a slight shade difference which is only detectable when they are right next to each other. They also weigh about the same. As I recall the 10.5" rears were 21 or 22lbs when I weighed them. I also wonder if the molds were slightly different as the "spokes" look very slightly narrower on the Alcoas.

The only non-painted Z06 wheels that were available as an option were the polished Z06 wheels of the Z16 package....which look hella sharp to me. The Chevy dealership I bought my 04 Z from, was extremely insistent that Z06's came with runflats.

Some say the wheels from an 01 are a different color, I have a set of each and they are exactly the same color.

If you want to see the color of the wheels go to any parts store that has the dupilcolor 2 oz. touch up bottels the part number is NG GM 435, this is the exact color of the wheels.
Beg to differ
I have an 02 with speedlines
Bought 01 Alcoa rears for the front of my car.
The color is different and the spokes are different as well.

Default Let me jump in

I need 2 OEM rears for my '03 Z06. If anyone is selling, please let me know. If you are selling a full set, that could be ok as well, just let me know regardless.

I'm looking for wheels that do not have any curb rashes, scrapes, etc. as my current rears and fronts do not.

I'd love it if someone came through for me!

If you don't find any in the next month let me know.

I am getting my z06 in a couple weeks and then ordering CCW wheels.

I will be selling all 4 wheels with tires on them.

I do not know the condition of the wheels yet, as I don't have the car yet, but the car only has 8,800 miles on them, so I am assuming they will be in good shape.

Sounds awesome. Please keep me updated and I hope the wheels are in great shape; I'm sure they will be. I'll PM you in a couple of weeks if I haven't heard from you. Much appreciated.

the color may be the same... the spokes on the alcoas are sharp at 90 degrees where the speedlines are rounded smooth... from 20 feet no one but me can tell the difference... I also think the alcoas are about .7 to 1 lb lighter then the speedlines..

Im currently looking for z16 polished 17" to run on my g8 for drag radials... excited to know if they are 2 lbs lighter then my 03 argent z06 rims., none the less They will be lighter then the 19" now and will blend in Nicely with the stock front Gxp rims

The Speedline wheels were put on sometime in the 2002 run (after GM use up all the Alcoa wheels). So it hard to say when they switch over. Part numbers for speedlines are

Front: 9594808 & 9594809
Rear: 9594810 & 9594811

Exactly right. The edges of the Alcoa's are sharp where the Speedlines are smooth.

The Alcoa's are FORGED and slightly stronger than the Speedlines.

The Spedlines are slightly lighter though.

Comparing side by side in person I find that the Alcoa's are just a pinch darker in color.

I met a guy who bought a used 2001 Z06 and I went to look at his wheels. One side had Speedlines, and the other side had Alcoa's.

I picked that out immediately. He said he never noticed....
