[Z06] What did you do to your Z06 TODAY??

Advanced
Simple tune up and re snugged the bolt connecting the alternator charge wire to the starter (wasn't charging well and noticed a voltage drop of 5.3v between the output and battery).

I hate to say this but it looks like there are some left over parts after your rebuild ;-)
Me I did a track day at Thunderhill yesterday, but on a sad side I hit a dog (German Shepard)on the way home, lucky for the dog (I did stop) that the soft nose seem to only bruised his hind end, I was able to feel all of his back/hips/and leg/foot and didn't get any reaction of pain. His owner was going to take him to the Vet this morning for X-rays.

Hope the dog is ok.

I've been getting bored waiting to get my diff back from rpm so since my headers are just basically hanging there I figured now would be as good as ever to go ahead and get some 1 7/8's... went by lg today and picked these up, I also had Anthony remove the air fittings and add a wideband bung into each collector... they will be dropped off tomorrow for coating, I can't wait to get them on and see what the car will do... I will have the old 1 3/4's up for sale shortly

Changed fluids
Need to install short shifter that has been sitting on shelf for some time and do same with carbotech pads I bought.

PS: Got a call from the owners of the dog, and he's doing fine.

... I hope the gains are worth the cost
yeah I'm not sure how you would get around it in your area... maybe take them off when you get inspected but that would really be a hassle... I guess that's why anyone wanting to go fast in California goes to a&a... well I got some good news today, rpm is done with my diff and the headers are at the coaters so hopefully I should be able to get that stuff installed within the next couple of weeks

After Track weekend inspection, rear rotor was crack (really bad) so new rotors were had and installed, looks like pads are also soon to be replaced.
