CALIPERS ARE 100% REBUILT WITH NEW BOOTS AND SEALS! -Brakes are a safety issue and we take YOUR safety very seriously. We DO NOT USE ANY OLD/ USED BOOTS or SEAL.
Our powder coating process has 2 coats of powder coating applied to each caliper and bracket which hides alot of the casting imperfections on the caliper. We can also powder coat your own calipers. If you are interested in purchasing a set of TPS Powder Coated Calipers OR having your calipers powder coated please contact us. A $400 core charge will be applied when order is placed and your old calipers must be sent back to us to receive your core charge back. Cores must be in good condition without damage.
Caliper brackets are powder coated so the pads can "float" freely in the bracket -When caliper brackets are painted or powdercoated you MUST make sure the area where the pads sit are free of excessive powder coating. If there is excessive powder coat it will cause your brakes to bind.
Please take a look at our caliper bracket on the right as it is free of excess powder coating in areas where the pads sits... allowing it to "Freely Float" and NOT BIND.

Depending on the color your ordered and if it was Z51 or non-Z51 there may be a wait for several weeks. We have to wait for cores to be returned to us to process the next batch of orders... I do have a batch of calipers that are done coming in today so depending on where your order is in the que and color requested.

The old manual way of bleeding your brakes
Bleeding brakes used to be a difficult thing to do in the past. It generally required two people to bleed brakes. You had to have one person pump the brake pedal while you had the mechanic open and close the bleeder screw. You had to coordinate the openings and closings with the pumper. If you didn't coordinate the timing correctly you could end up with more air in the system than when you started.
The new and improved way Introducing SPEED BLEEDER?, the patented bleeder screw with the built-in check valve. It is truly a one-person bleeder screw. Once installed, it becomes a permanent part of the brake system. When it is time to bleed your brakes, you loosen the Speed Bleeder 1/4 turn and pump your brake pedal. When the pedal is depressed the pressure generated opens the check valve letting air and brake fluid out of the end of the Speed Bleeder. When you release the pedal and it returns to the up position, the check valve closes and prevents any air from reentering the system through the Speed Bleeder. When bubble free fluid is evident you close the Speed Bleeder. In the closed position it works just like your stock bleeder screw and prevents any brake fluid from leaking out. It generally takes about 5 pumps to purge each caliper or wheel cylinder. That is all there is to bleeding your brakes. If at a later date you need to bleed your brakes, the patented thread sealing system makes it easy to open the bleeder screw to perform the bleeding operation. It is made of quality materials and it is economical.
