Lightning struck my house while 2001 Z06 was on Battery Tender. First time I started it ABS and Traction Control lights and Service Vehicle Soon message appeared. DIC for 28-TCS says: "No Comm." Also have code in 10-PCM: P1571- ASR Desired Torque. I've been working on identifying everything damaged by the lightning and wonder where to start on the car. Thanks.

I'd clear the codes....start the car and see if they return

I checked the fuses in the engine bay box, found a 10 amp minifuse (no. 9, headlight highbeam right) blown, and replaced. Everything else looked OK. Started it and the ABS light was gone but had "Service Active Handling" and Service Traction Control" messages. Turned off and on again and they were gone. Whew!!

I would still clear the codes and see if anything shows up over the next few weeks if you didn't already.
