When do you pass the typical injector duty cycle?
Although my car is in storage (Street Worthy Race Prep C5 Z06), I'm wondering if the stock injectors have to be upgraded. They are at 100% duty cycle, though have over 100k on them, which means they probably should be replaced. Here's the HP Tuners layout of this configuration:

I've always heard you don't want to exceed 80-85% duty cycle on your fuel injectors. If you're already at 100, then you're not leaving any leeway for driving at cooler temps with denser air. And you definitely don't want to run lean...

Perhaps, and I certainly don't want to be stealing lines of chumps who don't know what the **** they're talking about, however lean conditions are of no concern, I've tuned the VE as well as the PE, thus now I'm only looking for injector advice.

Alright, looks like 80% is the cycle for injectors, SAE.
For Horsepower Calculations, you're going to have to run numbers based on the configuration you have implemented, here's some links:
