Default Wondering if the C5 will trouble/get stuck on this hump at work.

TLR Making sure a C5 won’t get stuck or scrape headers/undercarriage. Pictures attached.

Hey guys. New here and looking to get a C5 or possibly a C6. There is a C5 I’m looking at getting and the only thing I thinking of is ground clearance at work.

I'm sure it shouldn't be an issue, but my paranoia is kicking right before I'm ready to pull the trigger.

Couple C6’s there already and they just scrape the front a bit, but otherwise fine.

Mainly worried about not being able to get over the hump or worse yet, not being able to get out of the parking lot since there is only exit. I was reading here that the C5 has a lower ground clearance than the C6. But the C6 has a longer wheel base which might be to my benefit if I’m thinking it through correctly.

Parking lot details:

2 entrances and 1 exit. One of the entrances is not an issue.

The entrance I’m worried about has an initial dip then it has a hump into a longer steep decline. And the exit is just the opposite of it. Pictures will explain it better.

As I said the hump you will see is the part I’m wondering about getting stuck or just scraping the undercarriage. The yellow pole you see is probably the high point of the hump. Also going in at extreme angle will be slightly difficult, especially on the exit since the yellow pole will be in my way.

Thanks in advance.

Hopefully this works for you guys, link to all the pictures.

Looking at those pics I don't see you having a problem. Just get some C5 fangs and your worries will be history.

You should be fine unless its lowered all the way! Mine is lowered a little bit and it would be fine!

Sweet thanks guys and will look into those fangs as well. The C5 I'm looking at has those roller wheels on it already.

What do you mean lowered all the way?

Assuming all is good, I was thinking about maybe one day lowering on the lowering bolts (I think that's the correct term, still much too learn about the C5).

Try to enter with as much angle as possible. Just go slow and if it doesn't back out and go to plan B.

I used the wrong term. They looked like these, but only one on each side.
