Default TSP headers, anyone have any luck? Looking to buy

I've been pretty set on ARH until I came across the TSP headers for $780. They look well built. Anyone use them? Any dyno gains? Any advice? 02 Z06 with intake and exhaust, looking to finish is headers and cam. Would this suit me or is there that much more to gain with ARH?

I've got a set, couple minor figment issues, one being the O2 bung on the passenger side was too high, causing the sensory to barely contact the torque tube. Contacted them and they gladly sent me a replacement header free of charge.

Only had them on since July, but so far, everything has been good.

I'm running vararam, TSP headers with cats, and a custom grind cam. Put down 421hp & 429tq

I've had them on my car for about two years. I had to drill a hole into my tunnel plate (or whatever you call the thing that bolts to the bottom of the car) so the passenger O2 sensor would fit. Other than that they fit great and I've had no issues with them at all.

Are these headers 304 stainless? Can you get them ceramic coated from where you purchase them? If not that will run another $300 or so.

Do they offer an entire system w/ X pipe/connecting pipes? Hi flo cats?

Actually just looked for myself - seems to get emissions legal headers you need to buy their catted X-pipe too which is $530 + $760 for the LT's w/ O2 extenders, meh, $1290.00 all in and you could be buying Stainless Works or spend a little bit more and get a name brand.

Oh and FYI - they state their connection pipes/X pipes/cats are all 409 stainless, so they'll oxidize/rust and look like crap in a year or so.

You get what you pay for I guess. Maybe I'm reading this wrong and you can get the whole system w/ catted mids for the $760 price and if that is the case it is a hell of deal even w/ the 400 series SS mid-section.

Got them on mine , no complaints, rubbed a little on my steering linkage, gained about 20 RWHP. I suggest getting them ceramic coated, well worth the $.

Can anyone answer whether the total price w/ cats is $1290 or no? If yes then that is not a good deal at all for a set of Lt's and mids that are 400 series stainless and have no coating and fitment issues.

When I bought mine with no cats, the Longtubes and Xpipe came to like $813 shipped give or take a little. Just checked my invoice, $821.45 that's with shipping, o2 extensions, gaskets, and a catless xpipe.

FYI, I checked Stainless Works website just because I was interested, and their system with cat's is $1845.00. That is why I am still not mad at buying TSP. Even if I would have bought the equivalent Stainless Works to my TSP, it would be twice the price I paid without shipping or 02 extensions.

Yeah except if you wanted catted mids the price is much closer, except their catted mids are 400 stainless not 304 like companies such as stainless works, even on TX speeds site they list the SW LT's w/ catted mids and they're less than $1845.

I'm just looking for the best deal out there like everyone else, and I want catted mids, but I would have to rule this system out if it isn't 304, I won't put 400 on a vette (no offense to anyone that has) particularly in the northeast.

10-4, its preference, I wanted the performance from longtubes and did so the cheap route. I'm happy with the power and price. For what I wanted TSP had the best deal, good luck on your search. No offense taken

Coat just the headers themselves or the headers and the xpipe. Got a quote from Gateway here in STL and they say $175-$275 depending on size and condition. Does this sound about right?

I had my headers & x-pipe both coated, price seems about right. I think I paid around $200 to get mine done.
