Default What should my next power mod be? list inside

Current set up :

Stock Crank/ Rods

Mahle Forged pistons (oem size)

Stock 243 heads intake/exhaust gasket ported

Competition Cam Custom grind Camshaft

Competition Cam Pushrods

Competition Cam Valve springs/ Retainers

Yella Terra 1:7 Ultra lights Rockers

ARP Head Studs

Stock Intake manifold

Blackwing Intake

Stock injectors that have been flow matched to 38 lbs

Melrose long tubes, hi flow X pipe with cats into SLP loud mouths

Seeing 420whp on 91 octane.

Supported Spec stage 3 clutch and light weight flywheel with Hurst short shifter.

What should my next step be ? Cost effective wise?

Are you running an effective tire to put down that power?

I dont think those ported FAST intakes are worth the $$.. I've seen 10-15rwhp gains on average.... for $1000+..

How about a 3.90 gear?

Fast intakes pickup a lot of power and torque under the whole curve not just peak.

OP, what are you cam specs?

I have 345/30/18 Mickey Thompson ET streets installed currently, so yes i'm set there..

Cam specs are as follows :

"From the previous owners findings at least "

.591 lift exhaust
.348 lobe lift
.583 lift intake
.343 lobe lift
293 degrees exhaust
283 degrees intake

100shot nitrous..the kit goes for under around $700.. its nice knowing you have that much power on "stand buy" :-D

Hmm Nitrous almost sounds smarter then the FAST.. I haven't heard much performance gains from the stocker to the Fast setup
