Hi Everybody
Took a while but I finally purchased a 2004, 29000 mile zo6 commemorative edition at west coast corvette,I don't know if thats a bad thing LOL, Because I bought a car with some mod's done already that I didn't have done myself.
they had it dyno tuned yesterday for me and I talked to there head mechanic yesterday Josh and he dialed everything in for me.I feel alot better now LoL. It runs like a bat out of hell.

Congrats on the purchase, I was in between buying that z16 and the black 03 that I eventually bought a month ago from WCC. They were not able to get me info from the previous owner about the car but good luck with the search. I ended up looking at the pistons and my car has a forged 383 stroker.

Hi,I never got to see your car in person , what stop you from buying it ,I don't know why they-played that game not talking to previous owner stuff , I almost didn't buy it because of no freaking records but they dnyo tune it while I was there and I drove it again and I bought it ,you said you looked at the Pistons in my car ?and was your engine replaced in the one you bought from them?
Thanks Mick

It was just the price that stopped me from buying it and it was also pinging during the test drive but its good to know it was dyno tuned because it needed it. I looked at the piston through the spark plug hole and found that it has diamond stroker pistons and head studs plus a lot of supporting mods like injectors and ati superdamper. It was a little disappointing because the salesman told me he would get the cam and engine build specs for me from the previous owner but after I bought the car, they were unable to do so so I had to do some fishing around myself even though I won't know the exact cam specs myself. Your z16 sounded like it had a mild cam in it as well.

Hi
Yea when I drove it I heard that to ,I'm not a mechanic but I knew it needed to be tuned ,I will never know what's in that engine
And that's disappointing
Sounds like you know more about my car then I do
I also liked your car too man
I didn't get to see it in person
I hope your happy

430 is very strong without long tubes, it has to have a pretty good sized cam, I would guess something like a 228r atleast. I know their dyno is pretty generous too because another c5 z06 I was looking at made 390rwhp there with just an intake and tune
