Thank you for your interest in our LS7 clutch kit. Many people ask us how much horsepower this clutch can hold. GM doesn’t have any official numbers but you can count on 650 horsepower. We have not had any reports of issues with this in any vehicle, unless you take it to the track and constantly dump the clutch. If you’re dragging the vehicle, then you need a different clutch.
With the 2004 Z06 GM updated the slave and master cylinders for a bigger bore to allow more fluid flow. The slave and master cylinders that we sell are only the 2004 Z06 and fit all C5’s from 1997-2004. The slave cylinder also comes with a new throw-out bearing. We recommend a new pilot bearing when installing as well.

Gene or Patrick, It says here both 13lbs 5oz and 12lbs 9oz flywheel for the aluminum flywheel, which one is it? Also, does the slave cylinder have a external bleeder?

Fidanza claims it is 12lbs 9oz. We stated we did our own in-house test and it was 13lbs 5oz. That is it. We did that simply for anyone who decided to weigh it and claim it was not 12lbs 9oz.
There are many ways to bleed the slave. There are many threads here on the forum just doing a quick search.
Just about to order all of this online; the LS7 clutch kit, master and slave cylinders, and the new pilot bearing. The post says that a new throw-out bearing is included with the slave cylinder but the website doesn't specifically mention this. Just wanted to confirm before I place my order. I assume there are currently no additional discounts or promotions if you are ordering everything over the already discounted prices seen online, correct?

The throw out bearing is included with the slave, and the slave sent will be the updated one from GM (you didn't ask but figured I would let you know incase it comes up somehow). As of right now we do not have any further promotions running
